Can't log in? Follow these steps:

First, make sure you are using all lower case letters and are not using any spaces.

2. Upgrade your Adobe Reader.

3. Try changing your Browser. This means try using Google Chrome, Explorer, or Firefox instead of the browser you are using.

4. If you are trying to use a Tablet or Phone go into your settings and switch the device to DESKTOP mode. If you are not sure how to do this you must contact support for your device.

5. If your log in suddenly stopped working, you must clear your cookies.
How to clear your cookies

1. Click on your Internet Tools (usually a gear symbol in the top right hand corner)
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Delete files (from temporary internet files)

6. Check your Firewall and make sure the website is not being blocked.
How to check your Firewall.

Go to your Internet Security System and open it. (Norton, McAfee, Kapersky etc). Click on Approved sites and add www.ticktocktraining.org.

7. Try using another computer.
