Can't log in? Follow these steps:

First, make sure you are using all lower case letters and are not using any spaces.

2. Upgrade your Adobe Flash.

If that didn't work try this: On your computer, open Chrome. Look for "Adobe Flash Player." Click Check for update. At the top left, click Reload .

3. Try using the PUFFIN WEB BROWSER.

4. If you are trying to use a Tablet or Phone -

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE PUFFIN WEB BROWSER APP. The link to do this is above. Then type ticktocktraining.org in the PUFFIN browser. Next you will click the yellow Login button. If you do not see the yellow login button scroll down to the bottom and change the view mobile version. If you are not sure how to do this you must contact support for your device.

5. If your log in suddenly stopped working, you must clear your cookies.

How to clear your cookies

1. Click on your Internet Tools (usually a gear symbol in the top right hand corner)
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Delete files (from temporary internet files)

6. Check your Firewall and make sure the website is not being blocked.

How to check your Firewall.

Go to your Internet Security System and open it. (Norton, McAfee, Kapersky etc). Click on Approved sites and add www.ticktocktraining.org.

7. Try using another computer.
