1 HOUR - SUPERVISION

Learn the techniques you need to manage

supervision in the classroom, bathroom,

playground, van, on field trips, during parent pick-up

and drop off and when administering medication.

2 HOURS - COMMON SENSE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Learn how to manage your

classroom from start to finish.

Daily Schedules, Nap times and other trouble areas

will be discussed.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 27 HOURS OF TAKE-A-WAY TRAINING?

4 Credit Hours - Oral Health - Teeth Care for Infants to Afterschool.

3 Credit Hours - Supporting Infant/Toddler Development.

5 Credit Hours - Room 4 Reading - Setting up a space that encourages reading.

6 Credit Hours - Pre-K Spaces - Providing Environmental Support

4 Credit Hours - Reponsibilities of a Director - Management Training or Professional Dev. Training.

Mandatory State Hours - 12 Credit Hours in the following topics: Abuse, Allergies, Building Safety, Disease, Emergency Preparation, Hazardous Materials, Sids/Shaken Baby, Transportation, Medication, Infant Sleep practices.
